This full house renovation included cutting off the existing roof and adding up to allow for two extra bedrooms and a walk through Jack and Jill bathroom.  

Beyond the addition we also completely renovated the three additional floors including 5 baths, full walk in pantry, walk in closet and large kitchen and living room for entertaining.  Even though everything changed in the house, Jonathan Legate Design did a great job of keeping the character and class of this old south end residence.
